Atomic Ranch

This "Hipster Homeplace" needs a new family and some love! 2200 SF of space within walking distance to schools, parks, Whole Foods, and the greenway.

The home features a remodel from 1987 by Frank Harmon, a noted architect here in Raleigh.

Built in 1957 by the same developer as Cameron Village, this is a piece of ITB history. Many of the original "atomic ranches" still survive in the neighborhood, and is considered to be the largest collection of these type homes in the Triangle.

The old gal is getting some lipstick on this week (interior paint job) to prepare for a round of open houses this spring. A fixer for sure, but great bones!
