Promises............
I have run across alot of folks lately that have made promises and not followed through. Some in business...some personal...some unavoidable...some understandable...some not.
The moral to the story is this. If you make a promise, keep it. If you can't keep it then offer an apology and explain why.
Remember...it is your reputation on the line...and trust is an important part of any relationship. I try to keep my promises....you keep yours.
