customer appreciation!

I must say that even for me I have shopped until I have dropped. Really. From online (stop it One Kings Lane) to the new J. Mclaughlin store here in town PLUS a new redo on an old bathroom...DT is spent!


Old fashioned customer service is tough to find in today's world of big box retailers. Elizabeth and Erin at J. McLaughlin both sent lovely cards of thanks within a week of my spree! Remember...without the customer there is no business to tend, so tend to your business.

One King Lane (my favorite online daily temptation), always includes a small tin with a candle in every box. It is a delightful surprise, as the fragrance changes with the seasons. This is yet another way of giving back in a small way and letting your client know you appreciate them.

So let the people who support you know that you appreciate them in some small and personal way...it will come back 10 fold...my debit card is living proof!
