the "ampersand"
I know that what everyone sees is the DT...but I must tell you that the "&" is the backbone of the brand. There are 7 (soon to be 9) Realtors that operate under the DT&CO. brand at Allen Tate Realtors. Even though all marketing is branded DT&CO. each member of the team has their own unique story to tell.
My idea was to try and create a positive environment where agents could thrive and learn from each other. We all bring something new to the table...marketing skills, years of experience, new technology skills, standards of practice, and a list of vendors to help us and our clients.
We range in age over 5 decades...and I will not tell where we are in that stack. Let's just say that we are never too old to learn something new from one another...and we do every day.
