Unethical or Illegal...and what governing body makes the determination?  In my business of real estate, it is sometimes difficult to determine the whys and wherefores another broker or firm uses as a sales tactic.  In addition, the client (buyer or seller) has certain rights that must be respected.  Can you imagine why a seller would request no sign and no pictures?  Or a buyer to purchase a home or investment property sight unseen?

These are but a few of the many crazy details that a Realtor deasl with daily.  As licensed professionals by the state, we are held to a standard.  It is so unfortunate that so many consumers do not realize that we have  many rules and regulations....just like an accountant or an attorney or a banker.  This is why you need a Realtor on your dream team of trusted advisers.

My motto and mantra is always the same in every situation, if you always strive to do the right thing you will never have anything to worry about later.  Tell the truth, do the right thing, and you will come out ahead on every transaction.
