The first 3 weeks!
Starting a real estate firm is hard work! DT&CO. is now 3 weeks old. In 3 weeks we have a website up and running with a search feature, 17 new listings with 2 of those under contract, and 6 more sales under our belt. Our first sale was on day #2 and was over 1 million (by our newest to the business agent)! There are more listings coming this week, so stay tuned. My heartfelt thanks to all those who have worked so diligently to make this happen.
We are all settled into our new office and loving it! Agents from other firms have been in to visit with nothing but good things to say. The space has a good feel. It also feels good to be able to spread out and have some control over how things are done. We spent many years in tiny offices tripping over each other, so this is like a little piece of heaven for us all!
