DT&CO...the who, what, and why!

Let me start by stating that I NEVER intended on opening another business, especially not two! DT&CO Real Estate and Interiors came about out of frustration with the "Big Box" firms and the way Realtors keeping them in business were treated...or rather mistreated.  The goal was to create an environment where a hard working ambitious agent could keep the majority of their commission without hidden fees, have a high profile "retail" location office (as opposed to a cubicle), all while maintaining a low fee for this service.  Most agents are so ingrained in the status quo they just cannot "get it".  That's fine.  We realize our concept is not for everyone and that's cool.
For us, small is HUGE.  This allows us to give super individual attention to each agent but more importantly...each client.  Buyer or seller, whatever the price point, they all get the same personal one to one attention and time.  We are a team.  A well oiled machine of Realtors and designers with decades of experience and hundreds of millions of dollars in closed transactions....too many to count!
We also take pride in the fact that we are multi-generational.  Our agents and designers range from  Boomers, Gen-X, Gen-Y, even a Millennial or two!  All of us feed off of the knowledge of the other bringing a fresh perspective to the table.  It is nothing short of magical.
In a few short months, this pile of sticks at the corner of Pine and Avon in Fallon Park will become a stunning Low County style home with a decidedly French accent!  Coming in at 2800 SF with all the luxuries!

Many have come and gone. Many have tried to rock our boat.  We are very proud to say our boat is afloat, our course plotted, and we are full speed ahead!

These three projects are in various states of renovation or planning in University Park.  301 Brooks, a historic renovation and addition; 711 Brooks, a new construction on an over sized lot; and 3018 Mayview which is planned for a "new American Farmhouse" look!

The DT&CO Fall line-up of new listings is off the charts, with new listings coming daily. Also, there are five investor projects in the works which are done in conjunction with our interiors division. Walking into one of our projects you will notice antique lighting, an antique mantel, custom colored cabinetry, hand picked hardware, a cohesive paint scheme inside and out, and wonderfully appointed baths!

The difference is always in the details!
This Fall, we will begin staging our own homes from our own inventory.  This is a first for us and something we are very excited about.  In time, this will grow into yet another division of the DT Collection of Companies.
Stay tuned to our FB pages, IG, and Pinterest and look for us in Midtown and Walter magazines.  A wise man once told me several years ago this would happen and I thought "ya...right".  Thanks Eddie!

As always...xx.dt
