My favorite new renovation project
I must admit, I have been driving past this house for years wondering who lives here...and why are they not calling me to help redo this house?
What I love is the wide street, that it sits high up on a hill, the slightly cheesy yet regal "French" chateau '70's look...the Brady Bunch goes to Paris!
Well...you could have blown me over when I got the call last week! An old friend from high school lived there and wanted me to list the house. The old gal needs a facelift, but has great bones (the house, not the friend).
I will be holding it open this Sunday from 2 until 4, so come by and see for yourself!
