Friends...I hate to break the news to you, but the vultures are hovering over the real estate market!
Buyers are in the driver's seat and they know it! Lowball offers, crazy repair expectations, you name it. The investors are just plain greedy (or needy) these days when negotiating for short sale and foreclosure properties.
If you can buy now...then you should. If you do not have to sell now... then don't. If you need advice on which way to go...call me. I am so glad I have a house I love and do not have a burning desire to move. Sure, I would like to have the extra bedroom or that larger living room, but now is not the time (at least for me).
