I have worked with so many young couples in the search for their first home. The room they always look for immediately is the childs room. This is the room they decorate first and the one they spend the most money on...more than any other room in the house.

The babies above live 2 homes apart...I sold both their parents homes...and now it looks like we may need larger homes!
