I am happy as a proud papa! We are selling or listing a house a day...some days more...but that is the average! For a 5 week old firm this is pretty amazing stuff. I can only credit it to hard word, good organization (Aubrey, Cherie, and Myron) and a great group of Realtors serving a great group of clients!
This business is all about trust, responsiveness, and the highest ethics you can achieve. We strive to hit the mark on all three every day, and I mean EVERY DAY! If you can't do that then you must go somewhere else to practice real estate. We value our clients, buyer or seller, above all else. This is not to say they are always right, as many times they are not correct in their thinking (too much HGTV and Zillow). We will tell you the truth....good or bad. Most clients appreciate the truth.
