Today is our big day to shine at DT&CO.! The wine and beer is chilled for the grown-ups, sodas and waters for the younger set, the food truck is stocked, we have our door prizes and take away items, and all hands on deck, Realtors and lenders.
I have a noon appointment with a buyer for our newest exclusive ITB development, Glenwood Vintage, which is taking shape as we speak! Yesterday as 4 closings and 2 new listings (one in our new neighborhood of Five Points)! I would say we are the little firm that is making things happen, and quickly. Why? The consumer is starving for a different way of doing business....more personal...smaller...one to one. Agents are feeling the same way. Why get lost in the crowd? At DT&CO you can be a big fish in a small pond ( an old down east saying). We like the small pond...it's more than enough for us!
