Safe at Home

I ran across this quote while thinking of today's blog post. It's author is unknown, but the sentiment is shared by all. Regardless of what life brings, home is the place we can escape to and feel that sense of comfort and safety much needed in this crazy world.
There are those who have recently lost their homes here in our state, and my heart goes out to them. The recent string of storms has devasted our state, leaving many homeless, displaced, or worse.
Take a moment from your busy day and remember to lend a hand where you can to a neighbor...or a stranger. Just think...this time you were spared.
