the dog days are here!
The weather forecast is 90 degrees all week with scattered thunderstorms....the dog days of summer are upon us!
Summer in the South is everything outdoors...cookouts (barbeques to my NY friends), beach, lake and river houses are opened for the season, boating, you name it! This writer perfers all the other seasons... with the exception of the occasional al fresco drinks/dinner with friends.
This is also a great time for moving, and the spring market has morphed into the summer market. Showing are up and buyers are out! Looks like DT&CO. will have a very busy summer listing and selling....a good thing.
