ITB

My adopted city of Raleigh has seen quite the downtown boom during my 12 years of calling this home. When I first arrived, you did not go downtown after dark, the main street was closed to traffic as a "pedestrian mall", and you had to drive to Durham or Chapel Hill for a decent meal. We fixed all that!

You will often see me use the term ITB...inside the beltline is the downtown core and it's residential areas, including the historic districts and home to 5 universities, state government, and a thriving downtown "scene". Property values are high and higher, and we like it that way. It is like living in a small town in the midst of a city. We traded urban living for suburban sprawl, no Outback or Wal-Mart, but we have great local merchants and the few extra pennies we may pay are worth the convenience.

Classic Budleigh above...University Park below...

So...from Oakwood to University Park, Budleigh to Cameron Park, historic or infill, we have a wide range of options to show you, and at DT&CO. we are the experts on ITB living. You may pay a bit more per square foot, you may have to do some re-do's, you may even have to re-build it; but once you live it you will never go back to the burbs!

ITB living is what we do. Enjoy/DT
