In today's world a promise is something that most never expect to be kept. We have been conditioned by our society to accept that promises will not be kept.
Marriage promises were to have and hold 'til death do you part. Employers used to promise to pay you a certain pension upon retirement. Lovers promised to never break your heart. Salespeople promised that you would love whatever they were selling.
Promises are not kept.
I am making you a promise...to tell you the truth as I see it...share knowledge as I know it...to be as good as my word...and to always perform in a manner that is honest and ethical, regardless of what situation it may be.
