In every city, there are certain homes that are considered to be "important". This may be because of the homeowner, the architect, age, location...many different reasons.

Most of the time it is a combination of all or most of the previously stated factors. If you have the opportunity and funds to purchase such a home, just know that you are merely a caretaker. Future generations will thank you for your kindness to something larger than yourself. A piece of history that lives on... because I believe houses have souls...and they need love just like people to thrive.
