it takes a village
It used to be that you knew everyone in town, and when you needed a service you knew exactly who to call. Even though we are so connected these days and can google any service at any time, the question then becomes..."who is this person?"
Well, at DT&CO. it is still like the old village days. We know who to call for just about every service you will need for your home. Painters to plumbers, handymen to contractors. We know...because we have collectively been in the business of real estate and interior design for many decades (I reserve to right NOT to say how many).
Deferred maintenance only gets worse the longer it is ignored. Your home is your most expensive purchase (unless you are REALLY rich, if so call me today).
Therefore, take care of it and maintain it properly. And if you don't know who call...just ask DT!
