While alot of young folks (and some older) are protesting about profits over people and how Wall St. should reign in it's profit margins and give it back to the people...I have been busy getting people to OCCUPY houses instead of street corners, parks, and sidewalks!
This HUGE North raleigh townhouse (2495 SF) closes today...and the investor has told me to rent it! It has a downstairs master with spa bath, chef's kitchen with all the toys, a huge garage and bonus room, and 3 more bedrooms and a few more bathrooms!
