Like many of you, I spend more time in my office enviroment than I do my home. This is not a choice I made at some point, but developed out of necessity. I am the "team captain" for 6 other Realtors. That includes all the listings, sales, paperwork and problems that go with all that. It also includes the successes! WOOHOO!
The old saying that one bad apple can spoil the whole bunch is very true...I have been a witness. My advice is this...hold your head high, be cordial, don't say too much, be kind, be concerned when you should be, be silent when you should be...if you do these (well) you will survive.
Time will tell about that batch of apples...it is up to you to check them before you bite.
