Enchanted Houses
Sometimes in the real estate business certain houses become "enchanted". Why...we do not know. When...it could happen on the first day on market or after 6 months. All we do now is that once it happens we are golden.
Enchanted houses could be anything from a cottage to a McMansion, so we do know that in this case size does not matter.
So if you have lingered on the market for longer than you think you should, you have done all you can to market your home with your Realtor, do not despair...you day is coming! Enchantment is on the way!
