The Key
As many of you know, I am the team leader for 8 Realtors in the Triangle area of NC. I have recently overheard some agents asking around the office "how do they do it?" They wonder how we can stay busy and successful even when the market is "supposed" to be down...like in December and January.
The key is simple and it applies to any business, impeccable customer service and hard work! A little luck is needed with any venture in life,but hard work and great client service will always trump the lucky card. Luck will not sustain you in the lean times, but hard work will. You see, even though the key is simple, the lock is difficult....it takes time and perseverance.
If you want an agent that will work hard and work smart to earn and keep your business then you should give one of us a try. Our formula seems to be working!
