Downtown and detached

OPEN TODAY!!!We MUST get this house sold....redued now to 157,500. Bring me an offer y'all. This new porch is great...and a HUGE fenced backyard....really?

This is a blatant effort to help a friend and client get attention for her house we are selling!

213 Plainview Ave. has seen it's share of changes. It has been stripped (literally) to the studs (by some studs) with new plumbing, wiring, walls, floors, kitchen and bath, roof, HVAC all done in 2004. This is when a lovely single gal purchased it and proceded to build her new life close to downtown and make a gaggle of new friends.
She also raised 5 well behaved children here (all 4 legged), and has now moved on to her "dream house" just a few blocks away. She loves the neighborhood and area. Belvidere Park is an up and coming part of the downtown corridor that is often overlooked, but it one of the few places ITB where you can still purchase a single family home for under 200k.

This is a place where the old timers tell stories of the neighborhood to the young folks moving in to re-do these small compact homes. And, if you are one of those Monopoly playing investors, this one is for you...do not pass go.
Why buy a condo when you can have a fenced backyard, new screened porch, and your own driveway, a yard to piddle in, and neighbors who watch out for each other?
