Circle

Karma...or in plainer terms...what goes around comes around.  Keep your circle positive (hint: this is VERY difficult some days).  Say good words (or keep your trap shut).  Think good thoughts...easy.  Do good deeds...really easy.

The most difficult part for me is my words.  Mother always preached the old saying...if you can't say anything good say nothing at all.  She would take it step further (which has really stuck with me), there is ALWAYS something complimentary you can say to ANY person you encounter.  Try this last thought and see how it works for you.  Mother was always correct and very much a proper Southern lady.  We need more of those  these days.
