Flowers!
The latest book from Carolyn Roehm arrived just the other day at the office....Flowers! Delicious is the only way I can describe the photography in the beautiful (and huge) book. The best part is that I ordered a signed first edition! Of course CR does not know me from Adam's house cat!
At this time of year it is so important to bring lovely flora and greenery into your home not only for the holidays, but to keep things cheery and bright until the first blush of spring. It's not winter everywhere in the world which makes flowers always readily available...even at the grocery!
So pick up a bouquet and don't fret over them too much, but do throw them out when they start to fade. There is nothing sadder than a flower than has lost it's glory.
